This adapter will enable you to convert your beach table to a boat table. Simply insert one end of the pvc into your rod holder and place the table on the other end, then tighten the elbow screw once you get your table to the desired position.  Finally, using the PIN provided - pin the table screw cap to the adapter.  The metal Rod Holder shown in the photo is Not Included.
